You would like to know how to initiate a refund for a transaction made on your DoJiggy Payments account.
Refunds need to be initiated within your WePay account, within 90 days of the transaction date. Follow these steps:
Click here to go to WePay. This will bring you to the WePay website. Log in with your WePay username and password.
Once you’re in the WePay dashboard, do the following:
- You’ll see a list of your recent transactions listed under your company name.
- Locate the transaction you wish to refund, and click on it.
- A new window will appear with some details about the transaction. At the bottom of the window,you will have the option to issue a refund. Click the Issue Refund button.
- Confirm the refund by clicking the Confirm button.
