You wish to know if participant and payment data can be archived after an event or campaign for later access. Or, you wish to access your archived data.
The cloning process generates a duplicate website (less participant data and orders), and archives the old site's data. General configuration settings and webpage content are cloned, while orders and participant data are not cloned but available for later access. The new cloned site can be used as the basis for this year's website, enabling you to make the changes for this year's event and maintain all past data for your records.
To access your archived campaigns, go to Events -> Overview, Show Inactive. Your inactive subscriptions are your archives. Click on the inactive event to see all related data.
