You have a Donations website and want to know your report options.
The Donations Reports menu gives you access to the following reports:
Orders Report – Provides a view of all of your Donations transactions and totals. By clicking on an order, you can see further details and make changes to the Payment History.
- If a donation is made by check, it will be recorded as an ‘Incomplete’ transaction. By clicking on the order and scrolling to the payment details, you may complete the transaction once you have received/cleared the check.
- You may also delete donations/orders from here, if necessary.
- If a constituent asks for a re-print of a receipt, you may generate them from their order here. (Receipts are sent via email for each transaction made in the system.)
- This report can be easily downloaded to Microsoft Excel or printed, by clicking on the icons at the top of the report page.
Sales Detail Report – A breakdown of all of your donations by category.
Payment Details Report – This report provides complete order, payment status and credit card information and can be sorted by date. The report can be easily downloaded to Microsoft Excel or printed, by clicking on the icons at the top of the report page.
